Introduction of carbonization stove

The gas flow type charcoal briquette carbonization stove is our new invent, which is also combined type. this kind of carbonization stove are included three inner stove, when one inner stove are finished,  it can be hoisted outside,.  And when the first inner stove are cooling , the other inner stove can be carbonized at the same time, in this way the cooling time can be reduced much, thus, the productive efficiency increase a lot .This type of stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process, and increasing the enterprise revenue.And there is little smoking and pollution during the producing.
 

Working principle of carbonization stove

When one inner stove have been finished carbonization, we will use the hoisting tools hoist the inner stove from the outer stove, then let the inner stove natural cooling, at the same time, we can put another inner stove into the outer stove, which will save a lot of cooling time, so the productivity effect increase a lot, it is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal.
And the tube of fume extraction will recycle the gas flow which come from the inner stove during the carbonizing process for continue warming the stove, and it will save 70% energy consumption and will recycle 95% smoking , This method will not pollute the environment.

Raw material and final products of carbonization stove

Almost any biomass can be briquetted,then carbonized Briquetting plants set so far are using Sawdust, Bamboo dust, Bagasse, Cotton Stalk, Coffee husk, Groundnut Shell, Mustard Husk/Stalk, Pine Needles, Rice Husk, Sugar Mill Waste, Jute waste, Coir pith and other wastes & residues like Castor Shell, Red Gram Stalk, Tobacco stem, Tea Waste, Sander Dust, Tree Bark, Wild Grasses & Shrubs and Sander dustetc. can be also be briquetted individually or in combination without using any binder.

Structure of carbonization stove

The whole charcoal briquette carbonization stove include:outer stove, inner stove, and fume extraction tube etc.

1. outer stove of carbonization furnace
The external stove consists of 3 parts: heating chamber, stove body and heat keeping layer.
2. Inner stove of carbonization furnace
The inner stove Consist of the stove tank body and the sealing top cap. Besides, one set of carbonization stove includes two or three carbonization basket with diameter 1460mm, 1430mm, and 1400mm.

3. Fume extraction tube of the carbonization furnace
Some smoke will be produced in the process of carbonizing. The combustible smoke can return to the furnace through purifying tube. The purified combustible smoke can flow into the heating chamber of the main furnace for heating the stove again.

4. Smoke purification system of the charcoal carbonization furnace

This system includes purification tank and heat exhausting cycle pipe. The Smoking Purification system is designed to purify the incombustible smoke and filter the wood tar. The smoke through the purification system will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.

5. The hoisting equipment of the charcoal carbonization furnace
carbonization furnace is one ladder with one 360 degree lifting tools. And it is easy for loading and unloading the stove, reducing labor intensity greatly. The hoisting tool help workers avoid high-temperature burning when lifting the carbonization basket.

The whole line of making wood briquette charcoal

1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm).

2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%.

3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.

4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.

5.Carbonized the briquette stick.

The machines are packing in the plywood boxes, then put into the 20 feet or 40 feet container in delivery.
